FIRST TO COMPLETE PROMOTION, OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

This promotion is sponsored and administered by Jack & Jack LLC ("Sponsor").

Promotion
The first eligible participant to correctly complete and submit the designated entry form, as determined solely by Sponsor, will receive three (3) randomly selected Jack & Jack SYMBIOSIS VAULT photo cards ("Prize").

Eligibility
Open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or who have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Prize
The Prize consists solely of three (3) randomly selected Jack & Jack WM SYMBIOSIS VAULT photo cards. Prize selection is random and specific cards cannot be requested. Prize is non transferable, non refundable, has no cash value and may not be exchanged or substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Determination
Sponsor will determine the first valid submission based on its records. In the event of a dispute regarding submission timing or validity, Sponsor's determination shall be final and binding.

Submission Requirements
Limit one (1) submission per person and per household unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, scripted, manipulated or otherwise invalid submissions may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

If the first submission is determined to be invalid or ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to the next eligible submission received.

Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant and may request additional information before awarding the Prize.

Winner Contact
If required, the winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days of being contacted. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the Prize and Sponsor may select the next eligible submission.

Shipping
Sponsor will ship the Prize to an address provided by the winner. Shipping availability may be limited in certain countries or regions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected or damaged shipments once they have been tendered to the shipping carrier.

Modification or Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the promotion.

Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Jack & Jack LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and representatives from any claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and resolve any disputes relating to the promotion. All decisions made by Sponsor regarding eligibility, submissions, winner determination and administration of the promotion are final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No Third Party Sponsorship
This promotion is sponsored solely by Jack & Jack LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Shopify, Squarespace, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord or any other third party platform through which it may be promoted.
