Gold Card 2027 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Gold Card.

Issuer
The Gold Card is issued by Jack & Jack LLC, referred to herein as the “Issuer.”

Eligibility and Use
The Gold Card grants access to one (1) individual only, whose name is etched on the bottom of the card. Access is valid solely for shows performed by Jack & Jack within the United States during the 2027 calendar year.

Non Transferable
The Gold Card is non transferable, not purchasable, and may not be resold, assigned, or otherwise transferred. Any unauthorized transfer or resale will void the card immediately.

No Cash Value
The Gold Card has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

Advance Notice and Check In
Cardholders must notify a Jack & Jack representative at least seven (7) days in advance of any show they plan to attend by emailing info@jackandjack.store. Entry is not guaranteed without proper advance notice and confirmation from the Issuer.

Guest Requests
A request for one (1) guest may be submitted in advance and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Guest access is not guaranteed and is subject to approval at the sole discretion of the Issuer. Approved guests must enter at the same time as the cardholder.

Show Access
Admission is subject to venue capacity, local regulations, and promoter policies. While the Gold Card is intended to provide access to eligible shows, entry is not guaranteed in cases of sellouts, safety restrictions, or force majeure events.

No Guarantee of Seating or Proximity
The Gold Card does not guarantee seating, specific placement, or proximity to the stage or artist. Access level may vary by venue and event.

Identification
Cardholders must present the Gold Card and a valid government issued ID that matches the name etched on the card at check in. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied entry.

Assumption of Risk
By attending any event, the cardholder assumes all risks associated with live events and agrees that the Issuer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred at or in connection with any show, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Media Release
By attending any event using the Gold Card, the cardholder grants the Issuer the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record their likeness and to use such content in any media for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.

No Warranty
The Gold Card is provided “as is” without any guarantees of availability, access, or specific experiences.

Tour Changes
All dates, venues, and performances are subject to change or cancellation at any time. No compensation will be provided for canceled or rescheduled shows.

Conduct
All attendees must comply with venue rules, local laws, and standard code of conduct. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue and revocation of Gold Card privileges.

Limitations
The Gold Card provides entry only and does not include travel, accommodations, VIP upgrades, meet and greets, or any additional experiences unless explicitly stated.

Lost or Stolen Cards
Lost or stolen Gold Cards may be replaced at the sole discretion of the Issuer. Additional verification may be required.

Revocation
The Issuer reserves the right to revoke the Gold Card at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the program.

Changes to Terms
The Issuer reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Gold Card constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.

Entire Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding regarding the Gold Card and supersede any prior communications.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Gold Card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
